Hoosier Mobility saved our trip by delivering and picking up much needed walker and scooter for family to attend a very important event. I cannot recommend Hoosier Mobility Solutions of Fortville more highly. I needed an electric wheelchair due to chronic illness, pretty overwhelming life adjustment. Mike took the time to walk me through all the details as to what all is available and really put me at ease. I shopped around and did my research and ended up buying through Mike and his team even though they don’t process insurance, the places that do are just awful out there. It’s worth the investment for excellent customer service as I am confident if anything goes wrong with my chair in the future? I know this team will have my back. My mother needed a motorized wheelchair for her upcoming move to assisted living. We wanted to try some chairs so visited the Carmel location. Lori was most knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. Purchased a Pride Jazzy UltraLIGHT Powered Chair and two VivaLIFT Power Recliners.  My wife is still getting used driving the Powered Chair.  We both have immediately enjoyed the VivaLIFT Power Recliners.     Michele was very helpful and not pushy. The staff at Hoosier Mobility Solutions are amazing!  We rented a ramp and scooter, and later purchased a scooter as well.  The new scooter arrived within a week and lined up perfectly with the rental return, which made everything much easier.  What really stood out is how much they care.  When you are dealing with sudden mobility issues, it can feel overwhelming.  Lori and Michelle were understanding and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Hoosier Mobility was AMAZING! I called in desperation to get my daughter a more comfortable bed while recovering from a spinal fusion surgery and they were able to get one out to me within one business day! The person who set it up for me was really accommodating and efficient, arriving right on time. The bed worked great, no issues at all. Coordinating pick up for the bed was also really easy. They showed up again on time and had it packed up and done in less than 10 minutes. Staff at Hoosier Mobility were very helpful in explaining the difference between options with pros/cons that helped us make choices that have kept me mobile pre and post knee surgery. The equipment has been durable and withstood outings on rough pavement. For any future mobility needs, I will stop here first and highly recommend them to others.
